NEW FITNESS CENTER

The Eldorado Fitness Center was completely renovated in March 2018 and now features brand new, state of the art equipment with access to your personal streaming channels when you sign in on the machine. There are brand new kettle bells, free weights and a stretching area. Also, check the monthly newsletter for a list of current group training classes, descriptions and times, as they change frequently.

Aerobics Studio

The Aerobics Studio at Eldorado Country Club offers complimentary classes to all our Members.

Classes are held daily and include popular workouts such as:

Current Class Descriptions


Body Sculpting/Core Conditioning and Flexibility
Non aerobic muscle sculpting class focused on core strength range of motion and flexibility.  

Ultimate Cardio
Total body conditioning that involves both strength and cardio exercise. Each week the class will change to target all major muscle groups in a variety of ways. All levels welcome. 

Cardio Kickboxing
Dynamic and explosive class that incorporates kickboxing techniques with an intense cardio workout. Increase your aerobic capacity, learn conditioning drills that improve your strength, agility and quickness while burning close to 1000 calories a class. All fitness levels. 

Vinyasa Flow Yoga
A vinyasa class open to students of all levels. This class will link the breath and the movement as you move through the poses in order to clear the mind, gain balance, physical strength, flexibility and a feeling of empowerment.

HIIT
High Intensity Interval Training is whole body cardio and strength workout. Intervals of quick bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. All levels welcome. 

Cardio/Strength
Cardio/Strength is an all levels class that incorporates both strength and cardio to help maximize your time while creating an environment that increases your caloric burn, endurance, and strength. 

Pilates Fusion
An all levels endurance class which infuses core work, fitness elements and yoga to benefit the body and mind (props are used).

Slow Flow Yoga
An all levels yoga class which links postures with breath to increase strength, stamina, flexibility, and range of motion while benefiting the body and mind. 

Gentle Yoga
This gentle class of mostly seated postures targets the fascia and connective tissues of the body resulting in greater range of motion and increased flexibility. It is great for all ages and abilities. No prior Yoga experience needed!
