Reservations
Should you make a reservation? The answer is yes whenever you have the opportunity. Certain special events and Holiday brunches tend to sell out so reservations are required. The Club does enforce a 48 hour cancellation policy due to the fact that other members are typically displaced due to the short notice. However, please do not feel that you can not come to your club because you did not make a reservation. We will accommodate you to th best of our ability upon your arrival. However, advance reservations are greatly appreciated. Please call ahead and reserve a table whenever possible by calling 972-529-6779.
Commitment To Service
Eldorado operates under the "At your service" and "My pleasure" philosophy. Simply stated, we are at your service and it is our pleasure to be at your service. This commitment begins with the General Manager demonstrating this commitment to each and every associate at Eldorado. Through leading by example and training associates to treat each other with this same commitment, we find it second nature for them to deal with members in the same manner. We are so confident in our commitment that we have removed any and all service charge from all member dining areas. The $20.00 service charge that you pay monthly is the only service charge that you will pay. Our service personnel are paid on a flat rate of pay to eliminate the burden of an added service charge to each check for the members. In addition, in an effort to ensure that we maintain an excellent level of service each check provides an opportunity for you to evaluate our service. The ratings consist of Excellent, Good, Fair, and Poor and are located at the bottom of your member ticket. The server has an opportunity to earn additional money based on your rating that is paid by the club for simply upholding our commitment to you. Any ratings lower than "good" will receive a call fro management to gain specifics on how we could improve for the future. Any and all service issues will result in swift and positive feedback and training for the service personnel. Additional gratuities are optional and solely at your discretion. They are not necessary as the $20.00 service charge covers your gratuities for you, your family, and your guest no matter how much you use the facility. Although if you feel that the service you were provided warrants additional gratuity simply indicate that on your guest check and your server will receive that in addition to the amount based on the service rating.
